Rebecca Jones, MD
Rebecca Jones, MD is a board-certified General Neurologist. She attended medical school at the University of Utah School of Medicine and completed her Residency at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona where she served as chief resident. She later studied with a Neurosurgeon in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she learned to diagnose and treat neck and back pain. Dr. Jones is able to interpret electroencephalogram (EEG) tests and perform various procedures such as administer Botox for headaches and spasticity, nerve blocks and do skin biopsies. Her clinical interests include treating headaches, functional neurological disorders, spine pain, and neuropathies. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) and American Medical Association (AMA).
Prior to her medical training, Dr. Jones worked as a medical technologist for 17 years where she was involved in test development and design. She is a professionally trained chocolatier and in her free time she enjoys cooking, oil painting, wood working, home remodeling and traveling. While living in the south she learned to distill bourbon and is currently working to complete sommelier training. She and her husband have five sons, three grand-dogs and two grand-cats.
