Dr Jones was very helpful to provide the details of my situation and assure me of everything I could experience at the surgery and allayed my fears. She was very helpful and treated me with respect and was very professional as usual.

Overall the experience and visit were good. I felt a little rushed when I checked in, the team was a little abrasive, but the Dr was great. I completed some online paper work but had to redo it when I got the the office, so maybe don't waste too much time completing the online portion. Dr was knowledgeable and was able to pin point the problem. She provided options that I felt comfortable with.

Dr. Jones is amazing! She’s the neurologist that discovered my husband had NPH, we had previously seen three other neurologist. She is thorough and kind, and genuinely cares about her patients. I’m a patient of hers now as I have essential tremors. I’ve recommended her often. My best friend is being treated by her now and is equally happy with her. I’m very thankful we were blessed to find her!

I would definitely recommend Dr.Jones her one on one care is exceptional, with my past neurologists I was in and out quickly. Dr Jones has taken the time to review my condition and offered me new options and treatments that I did not know were available to me.

It was great from begining to end! The front end girlwas very pleasant and helpful, to the Dr's nurse who gathers your info for the doctor. Dr. Z is very thorough and explains everything. I would definitely recommend her. My only down fall to having to go here is that I had to travel 200 miles, but worth the trip!

Emphatic, extremely smart, intuitive, and able to come up with a detailed personal plan to fit your individual health needs The office staff is knowledgeable and caring and they ate very hard working but make you feel like “you are important and so is your care.” I flew from RUSH in Chicago to see her as she was highly recommended

I went to the office on 32nd street, very easy to find. Office was really nice, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The nurse that did the intake was also very nice and sweet. Dr. Zuniga was very helpful and seemed to really understand and care that migraines are a struggle for me. We talked about different medications and supplements as well to help reduce my 8-12 migraine days a month. Happy with the out come and felt better about the plan we laid out to help prevent future migraines!

Once I got to the office, everything was on time and done well. I have an issue with the inability to confirm appt on line which should stop all reminders like at other healthcare offices. I received texts and emails and phone calls without the ability to confirm over text or email. A huge bummer. Then I had to call back to a phone call reminder because I was unable to pick up when called. When I called back to confirm, I had to go through several steps to confirm. A total waste of my time.

Dr. Zuniga is very thorough and professional. I have to drive a little for appointments but it's worth it. The staff also does a great job communicating.

Dr. Zuniga was a pleasure. I felt comfortable in her care. I appreciated her knowledge and quick diagnosis of my problem. My only complaint was the hour long wait. There was no one in the waiting room when I arrived and only one person there on my departure. When I make an appointment I find it unprofessional to have to wait an entire hour before being seen. I know things happen and never become difficult in those situations but nonetheless feel it disrespectful of my time.

Dr. Jones is the type of doctor every patient should want on their team. She's very smart and very knowledgeable. But her most important quality is that she listens. And she's very caring but tells you the truth of your situation, good or bad. I highly recommend her Dr. Rebecca Jones. Also, the rest of the medical office , both front and back, are exceptional and caring.

My first appointment with Dr. Jones was extraordinary. I am an 80 year old woman and have seen many doctors in my lifetime. Dr. Jones is not only very knowledgeable, but also kind. I could not recommend her more highly.

There’s no better MS physician than Dr Rebecca Jones. She spends more time with me than any other doctor ever has, while I navigate the complications, concerns, and physical limitations of this unfair disease named Multiple Sclerosis. She’s completely thorough addressing what I can expect with having MS and my challenges I will face in the future, all the while prescribing the necessary treatments, medicines, wheelchair, tests, MRI’s, and adjunct imaging, and more. All of this and all the while being a caring person, friend, and doctor. I’m so lucky to have found her. I’m forever grateful. If you have MS, or any other debilitating neurological condition, you need to look no further. You’re safe having Dr Rebecca Jones as your physician. This was my first visit and I was pleased with the office, staff and Dr. I was seen promptly and my concerns were taken seriously. I was asked questions and given the option for my follow up care. This office feels very organized and works as a team. I look forward to continued contact!

My first visit and I’m so impressed by what the dr noticed about me just by looking at me.

Dr. Zuniga is wonderful! I have a few rare diseases and she was able to sort through the mess they caused to help me find relief from the stabbing and twitching episodes I had been having while also making sure nothing to serious was going on. I have been having problems since I was 2 years old and she is the first doctor to actually take me seriously and look for the problem. I would highly recommend her.

Good patient care

I had an EMG. This is the second EMG that I've had. The first one was with another provider at a different organization. The first was tourtous!!! Dr. Zuniga was through and let me know what she was doing before she did it. Never once did she dig around like the previous doctor. Excellent doctor! Would highly recommend!!

I had an appt for 3:00 I arrived early, I then was told it would be an hour later before I could see doctor. I left work early to make this appt. Which cost me money. I have been waiting for an appt sense june 2023.

Doctor was very thorough and I left the appointment feeling like all the pieces of the puzzle were coming together. Front desk staff was also very polite. Great experience.

Dr Jones and the CNS staff. I wanted to take a minute to personally recognize the excellent efforts from Chris Martinez over the last two weeks. I have been working with Chris to get medical reports for my Mom faxed over from several other doctor offices. This has been a very difficult process with the other doctor's offices, but not CNS. Chris was very responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. This is very rare to find in medical offices these days. Please pass this on to Chris and the rest of the staff. Thank you. Outstanding. Staff excellent. Dr Jones is a no nonsense expert with an eye to the solution for your problem. While I do believe the VA has very good Doctors, Dr Jones focused in on lack of sleep and pinpointed a med applicable to fixing it. I like her a lot and look forward to working with her.
